B-410-1 Competitive Analysis                                                         $149

Competition is a factor in the success of any business.  In the design industry those who know how to accurately assess their competition and act accordingly are the ones who come out ahead in the long run.

In this lesson we'll refute some common misconceptions about perceived competition.

Think the big box stores are your major competitors?

The Internet?

Other specialized designers?

We'll explore all of the possible sources of your competition in depth and put each one  into their proper perspective.

Who is your target customer?  Your grasp of this knowledge will make you tough to beat in a crowded marketplace because most people haven't narrowed down their target markets with optimum efficiency.

What are the benefits that you bring to the table?  We'll help you map out exactly what it is that separates you from the others, and what specifically you can offer a prospect that's better than anyone else.

Are you branding yourself so you have an unstoppable competitive edge?  If not, we'll show you how to do it quickly and easily in this lesson.

We'll also show you how to effectively analyze and stay a step ahead of all of your other possible competitors in ways you may not have thought of before.

So if you would like to look at your marketplace with a new set of eyes, so that you can have a more practical and educated overview of your competition in a way that's both strategic and beneficial to your customers, then this Competitive Analysis lesson is for you.
